Simulations are primarily based on the principle of is “learn by doing, learn by working”. Students actively participate in their learning process and are aware that every action has a reaction for which they are responsible. For example, they choose a task and how to execute it, they become the supplier, client or accountant, and experience the autonomy and independence that comes with their role.<\/p>\n
