Junior finance admin

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in finance, with intermediate-advanced Excel skills, an interest in accounting and finance, and a willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment. The selected candidate will provide support in various administrative tasks and project management, with the opportunity to get involved in financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation and management of basic financial reports.
• Perform financial data analysis using Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, charts).
• Support the accounting team with administrative tasks and data entry.
• Collaborate in managing internal projects, helping to coordinate deadlines, resources, and communications.
Requirements:
– Education: Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields with 0-2 years of experience.
– Full professional Spanish + English
– Technical skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
o Knowledge of accounting and finance.
o Familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Power BI is a plus.
– Based in Barcelona
