Sales & Customer Assistant
These studies develop skills to carry out auxiliary tasks in marketing, merchandising, order preparation and product sales, and reprography work, observing the corresponding occupational risk prevention and environmental protection standards, as well as communication skills, personal autonomy and participation in community activities.
The duration is 3,360 hours, distributed over four academic years. The last year includes training in workplaces.

Potential career paths
Completing the itinerary entails obtaining:
- The academic and professional certificate with the final qualification obtained and the accreditation of the professional skills achieved
- The COMT0211 certificate of professionalism in auxiliary commercial activities issued by the labor administration.
Young people with special educational needs associated with mild or moderate intellectual disability who are at least 16 years old and at most 20, in the calendar year of the start of the itinerary and preferably who have not obtained the degree of graduation in compulsory secondary education.
Exceptionally, young people who are of the age and needs indicated above and who have obtained the degree of graduation in compulsory secondary education but cannot access ordinary vocational training courses may also be accepted.
