Project description
Simulations are primarily based on the principle of is “learn by doing, learn by working”. Students actively participate in their learning process and are aware that every action has a reaction for which they are responsible. For example, they choose a task and how to execute it, they become the supplier, client or accountant, and experience the autonomy and independence that comes with their role.
This simulation of a real-life working environment allows students to acquire the following skills:
- Technical: professional experience and knowledge in the field of management and business administration.
- Multifaceted: organisation, responsibility, initiative, cooperation, interpersonal relations, polyvalence, problem solving and decision making, among others.
These skills allow students to enter into the world of work with a experience and a quality professional offer.
