Computer Equipment Assembly and Maintenance Assistant
This Training and Placement Program provides an introduction to the IT and Communications professional field. Students will be prepared for the role of assistant in the assembly and maintenance of microcomputer systems, peripherals, and data communications networks, ensuring compliance with the various regulations in each case.
In addition to the corresponding theoretical training, the program includes internships in companies to gain exposure to the world of work.
Upon completion of the PFI, those who pass it will obtain the IFCT0108 professional certificate in Auxiliary Operations for the Assembly and Maintenance of Microcomputer Systems. They will be better prepared to pass the entrance exam for the CFGM (General Training Course for Master’s Degree in Computer Science) and will be able to access adult education centers to obtain the Secondary Education Graduate (GESO). This facilitates both continued training and job placement.

What you will learn. Curriculum
The Training Integration Programme (PFI) in Computer Equipment Assembly and Maintenance Assistant consists of one academic year with a total of 1,000 hours, divided between 820 hours at the center and a minimum of 180 hours of internships in companies. Below you can see the topics you will study.
